Pentagon Veteran Artist Exhibit

Event Information: 

VAP is honored to launch the first ever dedicated Veteran Artist Exhibit at the Pentagon in conjunction with the Pentagon Art Curator and the Pentagon Patriotic Art Series.  We will be releasing a call for submissions this Fall across the country for veterans to submit their artwork to a jury of accomplished arts industry professionals, distinguished Pentagon VIPs, and Veteran leaders.

 

This year-long exhibit will grace the halls of the Pentagon where over 25,000 people work daily and thousands visit over the course of the year. Not only is this a great opportunity to showcase the amazing work of veteran artists but to continue to show how veterans lead the way in redefining the arts in America.

is there a confirmation email received upon receipt of submissions?  after i hit 'submit' - it just returned to the blank template to fill out to submit. thank you.

It would be nice to get some kind of notification, especially considering all of the personal information that is on a DD 214.

hi.

Ive tried uploading my dd214 for the art exhibit for the pentagon. I have uploaded my artwork but when i selected my pdf file to upload it did not work.

I down loaded 2 jpg of one of my pieces and wanted to submit another but found I had already went past the point I could do that. So I hope my one piece is excepted. Thanks for this opportunity.

I am a Reservist, never deployed. I have a DD220 rather than a DD214. May I still submit art to this exhibit, or is it for combat veterans only?
